Frequently Asked Questions

  • The standard session rate is $165 for a 50-minute session and $265 for a 90-minute session. Longer sessions can allow for deeper exploration, collaboration, and integration, which can be especially helpful for couples and complex concerns.

    Payment is collected after your session is completed. If you have questions about session length or which option may be the best fit for your needs, we can discuss this during a consultation.

  • Mediation is billed at $185 per hour or $740 for a four-hour session. Each party is required to complete a one-hour individual meeting prior to starting mediation.

    Individual pre-mediation meetings are billed at the standard mediation rate of $185.

  • I do offer sliding scale options. Sliding scale availability is limited and based on financial need, including factors such as income, household size, and current financial obligations. Eligibility is discussed during the consultation


  • At this time, services are self-pay and insurance is not accepted. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for clients who wish to seek potential out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider.

    Reimbursement varies by plan, so clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider to confirm out-of-network benefits.

  • Yes! I offer free 20 minute consultation calls with potential clients to answer your questions and to help you decide if working together feels like a good fit.

  • I do offer in person sessions. My office is located at 6444 S. Quebec St, Suite 314 Centennial, CO.

    My office is located on the third floor of the office building - there is no elevator. Please contact me if you have accessibility needs and we can work together on a solution.

    In person slots are limited. If you’re seeking more flexible options, virtual sessions are available.

  • Sessions will center on what’s most relevant to you. You and I will work together to set goals for your time in therapy and treatment will be based around said goals.

    While there may be challenges, you will guide the process and your feedback will be welcomed.
