About

Hi, I’m Camryn. I’m glad you’re here.

I’m deeply passionate about supporting individuals and couples as they work toward meaningful, lasting change. I believe that growth often comes through small, intentional shifts—especially when people feel understood, supported and empowered within the therapeutic process.

My work is grounded in a relational perspective, recognizing that our current experiences are shaped by relationships, past and present—even those that may no longer be visible in our lives. Together, we explore patterns, emotions, and experiences with curiosity and care, creating space for insight and growth without judgment.

I am committed to a collaborative, accepting, and explorative approach that honors each client’s unique identities, values and lived experiences. My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I integrate Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support meaningful and lasting change. My couples work integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to help partners understand relational patterns, strengthen emotional connection, and develop practical tools for managing conflict and improving communication.

Therapy may involve exploring difficult topics or sitting with uncertainty at times, but you will not be doing this work alone. I strive to create a space that feels steady, respectful, and supportive as we move at a pace that feels right for you.

I look forward to working alongside you as you explore your goals and move toward the changes you hope to create.
