About
Hi, I’m Camryn. I’m glad you’re here.
I’m deeply passionate about supporting individuals and couples as they work toward meaningful, lasting change. I believe growth often comes through small, intentional shifts—especially when people feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
My work is grounded in a relational perspective, recognizing that our current experiences are shaped by relationships, both past and present—even those that may no longer be visible in our lives. Together, we explore patterns, emotions, and experiences with curiosity and care, creating space for insight, healing, and growth without judgment.
I am committed to a collaborative, accepting, and exploratory approach that honors each client's unique identities, values, and lived experiences. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support meaningful and lasting change.
For clients experiencing OCD and anxiety-related disorders, I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. ERP helps individuals gradually face fears and uncertainties while reducing compulsive behaviors, creating symptom reduction and opportunities for greater flexibility and freedom in daily life.
My couples work integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to help partners understand relational patterns, strengthen emotional connection, and develop practical tools for improving communication and navigating conflict.
Therapy may involve exploring difficult topics or sitting with uncertainty at times, but you will not be doing this work alone. I strive to create a space that feels motivating, respectful, and supportive as we move at a pace that feels right for you.
I look forward to working alongside you as you explore your goals and move toward the changes you hope to create.
